Pro-
Spect
Institute for Professional Development was licensed as a Real Estate
School in 2005 by the State of Georgia Real Estate Commission to
provide continuing education training to professional real estate
agents and brokers. All courses are
free of charge and conducted in
real estate offices throughout the Metro Atlanta area. Every course is
3 hours in duration and participant's continuing education credits are
electronically transmitted to the Georgia Real Estate Commission within
48 hours after completing each course.
A minimum of 10 students are required for each class. We currently have several courses from which to choose. However, if your real estate group/office is interested in a particular inspection, technical, or environmental subject, we will custom develop an approved course providing at least 20 students can be guaranteed. Available courses include a variety of home inspection topics, stucco and stucco inspections, mold and mildew and other indoor environmental problems (radon, lead-based paint, asbestos, etc.).
