One-stop shopping. If you are buying a home that has a stucco exterior or an environmental concern, we can provide the home inspection, separate stucco inspection, and an environmental assessment without your having to interview and hire three different inspectors.

- Free telephone consultation. If you have a special concern, we do not charge for the first 10 minutes of telephone consultation. There is no charge for telephone consultation for a full year after the completion of any Pro- Spect Inspection.
